Our Process:

 

Establish search priorities

Participate with the client in setting skills, knowledge and abilities required for specific role.

 

Research strategy

Identifying candidates with relevant skill-sets and qualifications through our proprietary database as well as our network of third-party contacts to reference and qualify prospects.  Develop a long list of prospects best suited for the role, with the goal of providing real options for clients to consider.

 

Candidate evaluation 

Approach potential candidates to test their interest in the role, using our reputation and ability to deliver client’s message to the relevant talent pool. Conduct interview screenings to build comprehensive candidate profiles for the client.

 

Candidate presentation

Develop a short list of candidates with the qualifications and interest in the position. We then work with clients on scheduling interviews and provide complete feedback. 

 

Search completion 

After the client has selected its preferred candidate, we will assist in offer process and other terms to help finalize the search.  As importantly, we will work with candidates through the resignation and transition process.

Through our deep relationships in the energy and commodity space, we are able collect and collate large amounts of market intelligence data. We have designed projects for clients to include trend analysis on compensation, performance, revenue vs. costs, organization structure and diversity benchmarking. We assist clients in understanding the competitive landscape in which they operate in so they can use that information to better position themselves for future success.

Competitive pay benchmarking using base salary, incentive compensation, deferred compensation and benefits. Incorporating all aspects of reward, including often-overlooked components within incentives and benefits.
